Effectiveness of Bio Activator of Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria Consortium on Composting Bag-log Waste Incorporated with Cow Dung

چکیده
Bag-log waste is an organic material that difficult to decompose. This due the bag log's high content of lignin compounds. Therefore, speed up composting process, it necessary include other materials and bio activators. study aims analyze effectiveness bio-activator consortium Phosphate Dissolving Bacteria (KBPF) in bag-log mixed with cow dung. The experiment consisted 5 treatments three replications, namely (T1) waste, (T2) a mixture manure composition 1:2 (wt/wt), (T3) 2:1 ( wt/wt), (T4) (wt/wt) plus KBPF (200 ml) density 108 CFU/ml (T5) CFU/ml. was created as - Completely Randomized Design (CRD). experimental results show cannot be decomposed fastly without dung T2, T3, T4 T5 produced compost quality not significantly different from one another. Under these treatments, temperature controlled mesophilic stage, pH returned neutral, while moisture C/N ratio decreased almost half their original levels at end period. It seems inoculation into has no role accelerating process. mix dung, minimal proportion KBPF, recommended combination which final product (compost) could fulfil its (neutral), threshold water content. treatment close mature compost, total N P contents were more than standard SNI 19-7030-2004.

Enhancing rock phosphate integration rate for fast bio-transformation of cow-dung waste-paper mixtures to organic fertilizer
Rock phosphate (RP) addition in cow-dung waste-paper mixtures at rates above 2% P has been reported to increase the rate of bio-transformation and humification of organic waste mixtures during vermicomposting to produce organic fertilizer for organic farming. However, the optimization of RP for vermicomposting was not established. The objective of this study was to determine the optimal amount ...

Use of earthworm species to biodegrade various substrates (industrial wastes, agricultural residues, etc.) for composting has proven to be successful after initial stabilization of vermi beds. This study presents optimization of vermi beds (soil + cowdung) for culturing of earthworms (Eisenia fetida, Eudrilus eugeniae, and Megascolex megascolex.). Optimum proportion of soil + cowdung (1:3) for ...
